New babies, new mums

I have a lot of little friends with babies due this Summer and Autumn.
It's all very exciting.
The poem below was sent to me by a lovely soul when my smallest naughty was almost due.
So for all the babies due soon, the new mummies and new babies, I share it with you.

Only One Mother

Hundreds of stars in the pretty sky,
Hundreds of shells on the shore together,
Hundreds of birds that go singing by,
Hundreds of lambs in the sunny weather.

Hundreds of dewdrops to greet the dawn,
Hundreds of bees in the purple clover,
Hundreds of butterflies on the lawn,
But only one mother the world over.
