Lost treasures...

Yesterday one of our Facebook friends asked if we could help her! She's misplaced a silver fingerprint charm she made with her Daughter's tiny fingerprint!

Of course we can help! Our lovely silversmith Louise creates these wonderful treasures and to top it all off you have the time and ability to capture the fingerprint in your own home! So if you don't succeed in capturing the impression first time you can have another go.

Capturing your little one's tiny fingerprint / handprint is a very special memory. It's not only a reminder of them that you can keep with you all the time, it's also a small window back to a time when they were tiny and needed you so much more.
Already the one we took of Kathryn at 6m is dwarfed by her current fingerprint, they grow up so fast. It's lovely to have this memory.

(And if Paula can find another indentation, perhaps on cufflinks she made at the same time, she can replace the charm she lost by making a cast of the indentation she has and using that to replicate!)
